openMAINT allows to manage and register the movements of consumable materials used during the maintenance activities.
Operators can register consumables and spare parts picked from the warehouse that will automatically update stock availability.
In particular it is possible to:
- manage the consumables registry (possibly customizable with information of interest to each user);
- record handling documents of consumables
- specifying type and reason (purchase load, unloading for use, return to supplier, scrapping, positive or negative inventory adjustment, transfer between warehouses)
- filling the list of the involved material;
- print the current stock of consumables on each warehouse.
Movements can be recorded on the move using the openMAINT Mobile APP for smartphones and tablets (with Subscription only).
This feature represents a key tool for operators and teams in order to perform the job in an effective and practical way.
openMAINT also includes an overview report for the consumable stocks which computes the available quantities in each site and lists all the performed movements with the corresponding details.
